What is Madeley like?
Please advise what Madeley is like regarding safety, shops, restaurants, childcare, house prices? Thanks! We have a 6 month old and are moving to Perth in February. Also, I have heard that it is important to near the beach to get the sea breeze. Is Madeley too far inland and therefore does it get very hot? Thanks very much, Joanne

Hi Joanne
Lived in Madeley for some time, doesn't get too hot. Very convienent to beach, due to hepburn avenue, 10-15 minutes drive maximum to hillary's. Its a superb suburb, has a few restaurants, more shops than most suburbs, and houses are almost brand new. Some nice schools in the area too. One of the safest suburbs in perth
I'd say move here fast, because prices are rising. You won't be dissapointed :D
