"A great spot for families, couples, renters and retirees"
The Beulah Park section of Magill Road is located to the east of Portrush Road. This area has a very Italian population, and has a real sense of community. There are lots of good Italian cafés in the area, and some smaller produce stores.
The homes in the area are quite mixed in style, with cottages, bungalows, modern duplex houses and townhouses. The mix of residents is varied too, with families, renters (such as uni students) and professional couples all living in the area.
It is just a 20 minute bus ride in to the CBD, and is serviced regularly by Adelaide's bus lines.
