Malak, NT 0812

I brought in Malak 4-5 years ago and are happy with my choice. My neighbours have been here for 25 years and are very friendly. We share fruit over the fence and have a chat every now and then & generally look out for each others property. It's fairly quiet where I am and I am situated next to a walk way. Saying that from time to time there are some noise issues when late at night drunks wander past, but this is not normally a common occurance. As a rule I have found this in most suburbs I have lived in in the past, so not that unusual for Darwin really and better than most. I found Malak to be excellent value for money and I was able to buy into a house with very good potential. It was run down and just needed to be brought back to life. So far it's cost very little to do this. I really enjoy living in this house so I am please with my choice.
