Radge Court, Malak, NT 0812

I have lived in Radge Crt for three years now and absolutely love it. I have NEVER had any issues at all. When I moved to Darwin a couple of work colleagues said they were not sure about Malak. However, personaly believing the location and generous size of the property’s in Malak warranted at least a look I went to an inspection. I viewed my house that was huge and in fantastic condition. The same house in North Lakes (literally within 200m of my house) would have cost another 25% at least. I went with my gut instinct and am sooo happy that I purchased it. I still think there is great value in Malak and am trying to purchase another property in the suburb. I have already made a very tidy profit and again, I think there is still a lot of potential for Malak due to its location and a huge blocks. I love the leafy suburb and massive parklands and would strongly recommend to anyone to live here. Radge Crt is a very leafy st that is very quite and everyone friendly. Being a crt there is no traffic (so quite some of the neighbours young kids play out on the st at times) and a wonderful big oval and parkland with fantastic running/bicycle path at the end of the crt.
