"Perfect Place To Live"

Manly West borders onto Manly and is an affordable place to raise your family or retire. Manly West offers a wide range of housing from cottages built in the early 1900's to highset family homes of the 1970''s to the ultra modern executive homes.
The suburb is mostly elevated capturing great breezes and handy to transport, schools, parks & shops.

"A calm, beautiful place to live"

Have always loved living here, over 40 years now.
Both of my Daughters and their families have bought in this suburb and we are very happy with the schools and things to do locally for the family, one daughter sails and loves the RQYS the other has sporting kids and lots of choices in this very family friendly suburb. With easy access to Southbank and city on the Train. Gateway arterial only minutes away to access the coasts or airport.

"Sister of prestigious manly"

Manly West is a diamond. Full of houses. No units street after street is full of families. For good reason. Lovely shops at the five way roundabout at Wondall preston, try the green hide and the Thai! Amazing!! Some streets are in manly state school catchment. Close to the bay, lovely breezes. Somewhat undiscovered. Watch as it takes off

"Cracking spot- centrally located"

Absolutely love living here. So close to all that Brisbane offers. Within 3 minutes drive either way you can be at IGA Wondall, Mayfair Village down Hargreaves Rd or Wynnum Plaza just off Randall Road.

5 mins to the beautiful Wynnum or Manly waterfront and the glistening waters of Moreton Bay, 3 mins other way to the Gateway motorway with excellent access to Brisbane Airport (10mins), Sunshine Coast (1hr) and Gold Coast (45mins).

Excellent schools in the area with bus links to Wynnum or Brisbane City, several train options on the Cleveland line within 3 mins drive- Manly, Wynnum, Wynnum West and Lindum.
