Selling a home is always stressful ... attempting to sell a home while you're living overseas is more stressful as the issues are multiplied by the distance. Fortunately, when we decided to sell our home in Manly we already knew that Trish would be the right person to handle the sale. We had purchased a property through Trish some years ago & we were very impressed with the warmth she showed to both the buyers & the sellers. During the recent sale process we simply followed Trish's advice ... about 2 week's later we were drinking champagne to celebrate the sale of our home. Thanks Trish!
After months of searching for the perfect place, my wife and I recently purchased our first home, and I can honestly say that without Trish's help, this probably would not have happened. At first, the whole process seemed daunting and overwhelming, but through Trish's professional and friendly guidance, we were able to find and secure a house that we had previously only dreamed of. She personally located a property that was suited to our taste, organized all of the viewings around our schedule and even walked us through the entire settlement process in person. Her phone was always on for us and the depth of research she carried out before presenting the property to us was absolutely outstanding. At every occasion Trish went above and beyond our expectations of a Real Estate Agent and we quickly learned that her professional experience is matched only by her enthusiasm and passion for helping people like us find homes. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy, friendly and dependable agent.
Trish was great from the Beginning. She has a bright and bubbly personality and a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Our home was listed for sale, photos and floor plan done and up on realestate.com.au in a couple of days. She gave us plenty of notice when she was bringing buyers for an inspection so our stress levels were kept to a minimum. We were always given feedback and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of Trish and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking to sell or purchase a property.
When we were selling the family home, Trish was a fantastic help to my brother and myself. She is friendly, compassionate and understanding of individual circumstances. Trish put her heart and soul into promoting our house right up to the time it was sold, never backing off. Thank you once again, Trish. All the best for the future.
Trish Breen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She really understands real estate and the local market and is professional, enthusiastic and friendly. She went out of her way to make the process of selling our home easy and seamless. She took the time to understand our property and put together a fantastic marketing plan that achieved great results. She kept us well informed through each stage of the sales process and we felt very confident about her expertise. We highly commend her to you.
We first met Trish when we stumbled upon our new home. We were not expecting to find the house of our dreams before selling, but Trish made the purchasing process so easy and we found her to be extremely professional and personable. After having such a fantastic experience buying our new home with Trish, we then decided Trish would be the best agent to sell our old house. Once again she didnt disappoint, with her motivated skills she sold our home in a week!
Mum and Dad are very aware of the great support you have been in the sale of their long held family home. We too are very grateful for your professional manner and very importantly the understanding kindness that encouraged mum and dad to take a huge step to move to a new home that has given joy, security and closeness to family. Your respect and attention to detail allowed us to have confidence in meeting all the challenges of this sale.
Thank you for an outstanding job of selling our property. We were thoroughly impressed with your professionalism, knowing the exact status of the market in our area from week to week. You are well practiced in the intricacies of finding the right buyer for our particular property type and getting them across the line. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious and we felt completely comfortable dealing with you right through the process. The detailed feedback after each inspection helped keep us sane making the preparation worthwhile and maintaining our hope that the sale was just around the corner. We appreciated the extra effort you went to when hosting inspections, including across the Christmas and New Year period (which resulted in the contract) and that you even helped us present our house, with the loan of a prop-TV! Nothing was too much trouble for you Trish and we are very grateful.
Trish has been our real estate agent for many years now and she is amazing. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and she was able to sell our house in 3 days for more than we had listed it for. She is always available and gives great advice. We have used her for all our real estate and will continue to do so. She is super friendly and a great agent and we would not use anyone else.
Just wanted to say what a wonderful job Trish did in selling our house. She was extremely professional but also very approachable in her manner. We were constantly informed on how everything were progressing and Trish always made time if we needed to discuss any issues. We were very happy with the price Trish got for our property and would recommend her to any person wishing to buy or sell their home.
