Did you know that on Saturday 23rd January the Financial Review Australia wrote an article about hot spots in Australia - suburbs they expect to go to a median house price of $1m in the next couple of years? In the list you would have found MANNING!
The financial review reports that Manning has a higher median price than South Perth counterpart (prob because of the apartments).

What a great suburb. It's close to everything (city/schools/river/shopping) but it's nice that none of the big retailers have set up shop in the area, it helps make the area much more family friendly and more residential.

This is a really nice suburb - alot of facilities, only problems are with the multiple blackspots for mobile phone coverage.
Once a working suburb it has evolved to now encompassing a wide variety of residents from students that go to the local university and families, retiree's etc.

Affordable but prices going up everyday. Alot of interest all round.

Manning road is a thoroughfare, but if you can live with traffic noise it's a good spot. Coles in waterford shopping centre within 500m of Manning and a variety of speciality/food shops.
