Manor Lakes, VIC 3024 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Why in Mnor Lakes does it smell so bad? It is so strong and comes and goes. Was thinking of moving to be near parents and the area surrounding new estates in Manor Lakes smell like the worst toilet dump. Its foul.
