"Small cul-de-sac street with good walking distance to amenities"
Marcia St is a tightly.held street with a few homes even fewer apartments.
Although normally quiet, the street can get busy with sporting events or meets in the ex Masonic hall (I believe it's no longer a Masonic hall).
It has a few units in the street however the residents have mainly.lived there a long time and know each other well. There is bowling club at the end of the street and an adjoining kids park.. it is a hundred metres or so walk to the train station, buses and cafes. There is some bat activity there at night which can be annoying for some people. All in all a good street for families, professionals and young singles
