Reviews of Marcus Beach, QLD
"Not much happening"
We didn’t mind it but we thought it was overpriced considering there isn’t much there. Friends of ours got flooded out there in 2022 with the rain. Will any of these beach side suburbs be as desirable in 5-10 years with climate and insurance concerns? Look up high!
"Paradise in Paradise"
Marcus Beach is quiet, peaceful, close to everything Noosa has to offer, great people and dog friendly beach. It's the best kept secret on the Sunshine Coast!

"Noosa Shire's best kept secret - beautiful beach enclave, leafy, quiet"
Exclusive beach enclave without all the tourists! Quiet, leafy with its own beach and only 5 mins drive from Peregian Beach and all its facilities. Marcus Beach is the Noosa Shire's best kept secret - it is hidden behind natural forest and has good sized blocks and no units. It is a tightly held area with new places rarely coming up for sale. The locals in the Noosa Shire love this place as it does not have the tourists, yet has all the benefits of Noosa. It is 5 mins drive north of Peregian Beach and only 15 mins drive south of Noosa. We love it here and know the value of this area will continue to climb. Great for families, retirees and those who want all the benefits of Noosa without the tourists.
