What is Timbers Reserve like ? Are there any "major" shopping centers planned either for Maryborough or Harvey Bay

Timbers Reserve is a lovely, modern housing estate on the outskirts of Maryborough, only 5-10min drive from CBD. To my knowledge there is no immediate plans for major shopping centres. Plenty of industry planned for the region, and with that will see more growth I am sure. I hope this information helps.
