"Good little pocket"
If you have a budget and want to get into Essendon take a look at this are including this street. This pocket is on the other side of Pascoe Vale Rd but still so close to everything.....

This street has a wonderful vibe, the tree lined street is clean, friendly and is at a great location as it is so close to everything, including the tram, schools, queens park, moonee valley racecourse, puckle street, montgomery park, bike track, and great restaurants and bars in walking distance.
