Meadow Crescent, Montmorency, VIC 3094

Meadow Crescent is a quiet and peaceful street with little through traffic. Children can occasionally be seen playing football in the street.There are many big old style blocks of more than 1000 square metres. It is very treed and this attracts a large variety of birds - rainbow lorikeets, king parrots, kookaburras and currawongs being the most abundant. It is about a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the Montmorency train station and shops. The Montmorency shopping village is a small strip shopping area that has all the essentials, including some nice cafes. The bigger shopping centres at Greensborough and Eltham are only 3-4 minutes drive away also. It is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and I would highly recommend it to anyone! I'll be staying a long time!
