Hello, my husband and I are looking to buy our first home. Ideally would like to find an established house within 30km of Melbourne CBD under 700k .
Would like to a suburb that has a community feel, greenery and kids playing out on the streets as we are planning for a family.

if you want to be a savings person, you can try out Dallas,VIC homes are dirt cheap yet really safe it's only 20km from the CBD
