Anyone from Metung with little children? How is the living there?
Metung, VIC 3904 is located within the East Gippsland local government area, part of the East Gippsland Region in Victoria.
We are considering to move to Metung instead of Bairnsdale. Have two little children 2&5YO I am worried I will be driving everywhere (kindie and school) plus I will be super isolated. Anyone who lives there, honestly how is it?

the schools there are amazing, plus any other schools are literally minutes away. you couldnt pick a safe more healthy spot to raise kids.

I agree it's a beautiful and safe spot. The lake is just gorgeous and the community is very welcoming.
