"Mighty Miandetta"
Miandetta is minutes from the Devonport City Centre and has a great little cafe called Brown Bear Eatery that is very popular with locals. There is lots of parks in the area and a primary school making it a great place for families.
A couple of streets are close to the Bass Highway which is great for commuting, don't let that cloud your opinion of Miandetta overall, there are some really lovely quiet streets and some even have views. I have lived in a house that is pretty much next to the Bass Highway and I didn't notice the traffic too much after a few days, the benefits of being close for commuting far outweighed the traffic noise.
