The 3G coverage in the Mitchell area is access via a high speed connection. However, around a quarter only has access via a slower speed connection and there are even a couple of blackspots. The 4G coverage in the Mitchell area is access via a high speed connection to only half of the area. The other half only has access via a slower speed connection and there are even a couple of blackspots.
