"Quiet and relaxed"
Quiet and relatively traffic free.
Very handy for ferry, and a couple of bus routes into the city.
Wide variety or reasonable eateries within walking distance, a gym for the ladies and a couple of stores. Nothing too far away. Parks and clubs let you enjoy the water.
Green and peaceful.
