Easy, premium station and great Police Officers that are very diligent and full CCTV security that the Police use for law enforcement purposes. Hats off to them! My wife would travel into the city daily and had a high profile job. The hard workers will get the advantage of the train and good jobs on the right side of town. Can't beat Melbourne's East! That's why it's so hard to find Real Estate in Mooroolbark, people are holding on like a pair of vice grips. Trades people love the place and Professionals that go into the city. The only group of people that don't enjoy the advantages are the few Department of Human Services houses scattered around, a hangover from the 80's - 90's, they wouldn't work to save themselves. And while I'm at it, these properties are worth over $600,000 now. Why the heck DHS aren't selling these remaining houses and reinvesting out west or north were they can get two double stories for the price of one single dwelling is beyond me? These people aren't contributing to the area anyway so why lock hard working people out of the market by retaining these properties? Madness and a waste of government assets. Tony Smith should take a close look at this because most of these people are just trouble makers anyway. If you're a willing wade earner then the Mooroolbark Train services and Busses are great for you! You'll be welcome here...
