Mooroolbark, VIC 3138 is located within the Yarra Ranges local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am planning to buy a property at this location. Can ppl suggest me about pros and cons?

Well Pro-wise, it has a 5% annual growth rate. Which is pretty good. Very leafy suburb, lots of open places.
I believe that sometimes the reception isn't great, but that wont be all over the suburb.
