A friend lives in Moorook and is very happy here. I don't know if this answers your question but she wouldn't want to live anywhere else. She is also retired. Good luck in finding your new home and I wish you a very happy retirement.

All towns (or suburbs) have their good and bad parts. I love Mooroopna. Only a ten minute drive to the shops in shepparton yet properties are approx $50k cheaper Wouldnt live anywhere else
