Is it good to buy a property in white street Mordialloc?
Concerns are due to the power line in the area

White street is a major thoroughfare and has a lot of traffic. It is an arterial link between the Peninsula freeway and Nepean Highway. This will probably reduce significantly when the Freeway is extended to the north behind Mordialloc in the next 1-2 years.
So probably not for right now for a family, but maybe a good investment after the freeway has bypassed for some?
