This area is a cheaper area and was developed years ago by the government when there was a housing shortage back in the 80’s. It is now changing and young families are moving in and homes are being updated. It’ is a fabulous area to buy affordable housing, so close to shops and the beach. A positive investment as it will grow considerably in value. I hope this helps. Antoinette
