Hi,guys, looking to buy a land in mountain grey cct, morwell. How good is the area?

It is a comparatively new area but surrounded by older streets that are a bit rundown. It's close to the new Morwell Primary school and indoor pool/leisure centre but is a fair walk to shops and services. The area can only improve - there is some evidence of renovations happening which is a good sign.
