What is it like living close to the Ballarat Mine? (Mount Clear area)
Is it noisy? Smelly? Dusty? Etc. We don't currently live near it but are looking at moving into Mount Clear from a nearby area.

Mount Clear is fine but other suburbs cop the explosions pretty badly - Golden Point, Mount Pleasant and Ballarat East.
