"convenient, close to local shops but noisy due to it being a main road"
its close to the aquatic centre, sporting fields, and we have our own small shopping village which is convenient, there is also a dr surgery. close to primary and secondary schools and we have a pre school around the corner. my end of mount hall road is called the lakeside area of raymond terrace. while mount hall road is close to everything and is on a bus route to newcastle, it has its disadvantages the main one being, it carries most of the traffic into and out of raymond terrace. another disadvantage is living so close to the lakeside tavern, friday and saturday nights can be quite rowdy. aside from that, its good value for money and properties seem to sell quite well because of its proximity to everything.
