"GREAT FAMILY FRIENDLY SUBURB!"

Mudgeeraba is a lovely, green, friendly suburb. Great location to shopping facilities, the beach, M1 and great schools. If you want to know more about living here, contact Matt Micallef and his team, Mudgeeraba's Top Agent.

"Great Family Suburb"

I've been around the area for many years. Whilst it is so close to all the conveniences or Robina, Mudgeeraba still have the local village feel, especially at the Village Shopping centre. Close to all amenities and great schools.

"Backwater"

Mudgeeraba is nice enough, though prone to flooding as it is surrounded by floodplains and creeks. Traffic is a nightmare in morning commutes due to single lane roads and poor town planning (it's a very old suburb with old houses etc)

Schools are OK but definitely don't rate compared to Varsity, Robina etc.

It's the proud home of this disaster...

Does offer some cheap property though, with the proviso that it doesn't really appreciate much compared to everywhere else on the coast.

I cannot edit this post but Mudgeeraba has definitely improved a LOT. The schools are excellent and the lack of traffic and nice greenery is great.

The caravan park is moving on too!!

Just wondering has the traffic improved as well as the flooding situation too?

"A great place to live for the whole family"

Surrounded by acreage properties and beautiful green spaces, Mudgeeraba and the suburbs nearby on the western side of the M1 Motorway has an amazing range of schools, tonnes of sporting options and everything residents need to live a comfortable lifestyle.
With an amazing sense of community, in 2009 Mudgeeraba won the "Friendliest Town Award" and the links to its past are still evident in the heritage themes seen in local architecture and signage throughout the village. Residents are community-minded and have a healthy and active lifestyle in an amazing green environment in the sought-after Gold Coast hinterland. Here you can still be less than 5 minutes’ drive to handy local retail and services in Mudgeeraba Village as well as major shopping and conveniences such as Robina Town Centre, Robina railway station, Robina public and private hospitals and a growing medical precinct.
