What are the people living in Mullaloo like in terms of welcoming new neighbours?

All the people I've met in Mullaloo have been helpful and friendly. The houses tend to be bigger than the UK and people aren't on top of each other, so you may need to make an effort if you want to get to know them. Our neighbours were very welcoming when we moved in. We've had a change to neighbours on all sides and the new ones are nice too.
