"Avenue with the View"
Moved in to this lovely Avenue recently - its right on the top of Whiskey Hill - its few hundreds metres away from the Maribyrnong River.
The Avenue has expansive view over the river, Golf course and neighbouring suburb plus the city skylines
The homes are large on the full size block of land. The house are well kept and mostly have been extended to maximise the fantastic vista over the valley
The Whiskey Hill is quite and clean yet its bit far to the Train Station. Bus from Charles st will connect this
Wonderful tranquil spot!
