"Great Great Great!"

Great street in a great location. Shops are at your door front with the showgrounds and flemington racecourse at the end of the street. Friendly people and most importantly safe environment. Wish i could live here!

"A good place to live"

Sandown Rd is a fairly quiet street, sometimes a little busy. It is close to shops, restaurants, cafes, the Maribyrnong River and Highpoint Shopping centre. All are within walking distance. The area is faily cosmopolitain and lovely. Trains and trams are close by.
