"Great Street, Great Location!!!"
We have lived at Nairn Street for more than 4 years. It’s a lovely quiet street and neighbors are very friendly. Most of the homes in the area are newly built via Westwood Project giving us an exciting fresh look. The suburb is a non stop development area, more and more new homes to be built in the coming months boosting Ferryden Park becomes one of the City nearest suburb has most new homes built in South Australia.
Ferryden Primary school and Regency College of TAFE are just a few minutes walking distance. The area surrounded by Parks and reserves which is great for exercises and family activities. Public transports are all also available on Coker street and Days road.
Shopping centers, restaurants with different cultures tasty food, medical centers, the parks community centre and other facilities are also in the area.
Finally, to us Ferryden Park is a great prosperous location to live and enjoy

I would agree with all in your review except to say that now, 2 years on, there is much less development happening as there are not many older places left. The majority of the streets now are pure modern, well-treed streetscapes.
