Reviews of Nalya Crescent, Karana Downs

"Quiet, Friendly Community, Relaxed Living."

Nayla Crescent appeals to those of us who enjoy a bit of quiet privacy with open green spaces to relax and unwind from a busy lifestyle. We moved here recently. The houses here are on large blocks of land with wide grassed pathways on eithor side of the street giving it street appeal with the nice open spacious feel that we come home to every day. It's a family friendly place, well established over the years with an abundance of native birdlife with Heritage and Kookabarra parks located off Nalya Cresent providing children with activitygyms and swings.
Best of all, there is no traffic to compete with in the area!!
Situated one street back from the Brisbane River, the local residents enjoy a range of recreational activities including boating, canoeing, cycling, tennis and golf to name a few. The Scout and Boating Club are located on Tanderra Way (2min from Nalya Crescent). The local shops and freedom service station are just a 5 min Drive or 10min walk from our street. Also, closeby we have our local Post office, Police and Fire Station, Childcare centres, Mt Crosby Primary State School, Doctor and Pharmacy. There is also a school bus service that picks high school students up outside their home on Nalya Crescent.
Kenmore Shopping Village is a 12 minutes drive outside of peak times and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is only a 22min drive with a train station or bus depot for those that require transport to the inner city suburbs and Brisbane CBD. In the opposite direction you will find the new Riverlink Shopping Centre at Ipswich (20 min drive).
Residents are active and friendly, mostly owner occupiers ranging from young couples to those raising families. It's a safe place to live, raise a family, walk your dog or retire into a more peaceful lifestyle.
