Marshall Way

We want to live in Nambucca heads. Why are so many houses up for sale in Marshall Way? Any feedback would be great as we live in Queensland. THANKYOU! Also looking at a 1 bedroom for our son with a disability but nowhere where it might flood! We have lived in Gympie for 20 years so we know about flooding! Do not want him to live near the river as it might flood more? Many thanks for any feedback! THANKYOU!!!!
