"Nice people and good position"
Big blocks. Close to Emergency Services, Scorpion Cafe, Fish and Chip shop, Health Isle, Thompsons Point beach, children's play ground at end of street, Bowls club, Arts Group Complex and Dalpura Beach within easy walking distance.
