"A family & surfers paradise"
Newell Ave sits one street back from the Middleton foreshore and offers some protection from coastal winds. Elevated properties catch sea views. Many homes are utilized as holiday accommodation, however more permanent residents are settling in the area now that more of us work from home. Middleton is a well known surf beach and you can literally walk for hours along the beach towards the Murray mouth.
