Nimbey Avenue is the kind of place I want my children to grow up in. There is a mix of ages on the road, from new babies to old people. It has a great friendly feeling with out being in one anothers business - no gossips!

It has an old fashioned feel to it. We have chickens and often swap eggs for some veggies from the neighbours. When the TV Show 'Domestic Blitz' was on the street for the lovely family at number 31, the crew all commented on what a great bunch of neighbours we all are!

Most of the people on the street have been here for over 50 years (which tells you how good it is). They built their own homes and watched their families grow and start homes of their own. This past 24 months has seen a few homes go on the market. Families whose children have left home, have decided to sell up and move to something smaller. It is the best access to Warringah Mall, Frenchs Forest, Manly and all the beaches! Dee Why, Freshwater and Curl Curl are only 5 mins away!
