Where to live/buy - Noosaville, Coolum Beach or Doonan?

Where to live/buy? I have a job offer in noosa and would like some people's ideas on the best place to live and buy at the moment. We are looking at coolum beach but have been swayed by some great land in doonan and nice houses in tewantin.

If you are working in Noosa, my recommendation would be the Noosa area - Noosaville, Tewantin or Doonan. If you like land area, then Doonan. Tewantin, parts of Noosaville are great buying too. Otherwise, regardless of how nice Coolum is, you will find yourself spending a lot of time in the car - and there is nothing in Coolum that isn't also in Noosa.

You have a broad spectrum in your choices listed. Coolum Beach offers the genuine sand and surf lifestyle with a holiday atmosphere. Noosaville is very large suburb and spans estate style housing through to the river front Gympie Tce and surrounds. Good schools are located in both these locations. Doonan offers something quite different. Rural and semi-rural blocks abound and residents inevitably chose to live here for that hinterland vibe.

Noosaville is a beautiful location to live in. Noosaville is situated along the Noosa River and only moments away from the iconic Hastings St in Noosa Heads. along Gympie Terrace and the surround area there are fantastic cafes and restaurants. You can also catch the ferry to Hastings St or Tewantin. Noosaville is a great place for families, couples and individuals who like a relaxed lifestyle, but still have plenty of activities to do. There are great local schools, eateries, shopping centres, medical services and heaps more. Properties vary from stunning waterfront homes in Noosa Waters to affordable apartments along Lake Weyba. Noosaville is definitely worth checking out.

Coolum Beach- It has a great vibe for families. The surf club offers nippers, the real estate is eclectic and more affordable than neighboring areas. There is a local state and high school. You can be on the Sunshine Motorway and in Noosa in 15 mins. The town has lots to offer like free movies in the park, markets over christmas, patrolled surf beach, shopping, banks, medial, cycle tracks and walkways! There is lots of after school activities to afl, karate, tennis, swimming!
