Why are so many properties for sale in Valley Drive Doonan?

I can't see that being a problem. They are selling for business reasons.

There are many reasons why multiple homes in the same street come on the market at the same time that often have nothing to do with the street, or even the houses. Selling often happens in cycles. One family might have kids gone so downsizing and moving into town, another might be moving for work, and a third for divorce. Don't be put off by it. As a buyer, that can only work to your advantage in underlining the choices you have in your negotiations. Valley Drive by the way is a beautiful street.
