"Nice street,quiet and close to everything"
Norman Avenue, Dolls Point is a quiet little street that runs between Russell Avenue and Gannon Ave.
Comprising mostly apartments and a couple modest family homes the street is popular with 1st home buyers for its affordability and closeness to public transport, beaches and Peter Depena Reserve.
You can buy a reasonable 2 Bedroom unit here for under $400,000 and when you consider, it’s only 500metres (Approx) to the beach the street provides for quality Bayside living for a fraction of the usual price.
