"Nothing under a million dollars here...."
Skinners Avenue is one of my favourite streets in Dolls Point.
Down the road from Peter Depeena Reserve, go for a walk and you’ll fall instantly in love with this fantastically quiet residential street.
Some homes in this street (Southern end) provide amazing beach views and those that don’t still command million dollar price tags.
Every home is well cared for each and every owner is house proud and you’d swear blind they trim there lawns with nail clippers!
This is a super street located right beside the beach, park and every thing else Dolls Point has to offer, I regularly see a couple of elderly residents
Cross the street and throw there fishing line in the water, while resting on the clean golden sand.
Skinners Avenue is located behind the famous heritage listed “primrose house”
I’ll live here one day.........
