"Quiet, friendy street, close to 4 Major shopping centers, good transport, easy access to freeway,close to city and beaches"
I bought on the western side of Main St on North Beach Dr, 5 years ago, and not looked back! Close to every thing, beaches, city and very close to 4 Major shopping centers, what more could you ask for? Have watched the area become greener every year and the value increase hugely in that time.
The block I live in is a small group of 12 one bedrooms, in a very well kept, fully renovated block.
The neighbours in the street walk a lot and are friendly, often waving and stopping to have a chat!
So impressed with the area, recently bought another unit in the block as an investment, getting very good rent!
It's a pleasure to come home each day to such a great area.
