"Lovely little (long) street"
Lived on Cape Street for over a year now and love it. Close to the freeway without noise, the local government is starting to do up the roads including median strips and trees, it's nice and leafy, the neighbours are lovely. There are mostly units along Cape Street set behind security gates. In the area a lot of new houses and units are going up which is bringing up house prices. Daycares, schools and parks all close by. Restauarants right there on Main Street with a Butchers, IGA, doctors, 2 chemists etc. Close to the beach, 2 major shopping centres and 10 mins to the city in peak hour traffic... Can't complain about anything!

"Good quality and value for money"
It's close to the train, buses and there is a good access to the freeway. Cape Street is not busy and there is no noise pollution from the freeway.
The new gates to the property provide better security for the residents.
There are some shops, restaurants, cafes within easy reach.
Overall it's good value for money and great for young couples, singles and students.
