"Hidden Gem"

This suburb is quite often forgotten, next to Murdoch and Leeming. Having marketed a few porprties in this suburb, I have met many locals who ove it for it community and neighbourly charm. It is so handy to to Murdoch University and great freeway access.
Take a look through this suburv, where everyone is house / property proud. You will not be sorry
