Moving to Tasmania

Hi we are mother and Daughter 71 & 40. We currently live in Sydney Metro. We are very over the rat race, traffic heat and Humidity. We would like to move to Northern Tasmania and would like some views on suburbs to look at. We both are homebodies and happy gardening and doing crafts. We are looking for the basic shopping close by, would like to be close to the ocean. I will be hopefully getting a transfer with work. We are both English/Australian. If any one can help with some sugguestions we would be greatly appreicated.
