"A great place for singles (mature singles) :)"
Although Tasmania mostly has old houses, this just proves that it is developing, with new houses being built. This area has many advantages for someone who likes to live in a modern house and still experience the beauty of a nature. Being surrounded by water and forest.
Great for
- Modern Living
- Great Views
- Only 15km to Hobart and 7km to a nice Shopping Centre at Rosny Park
Not great for
- Better to have your own transportation, which really is not a big issue, since most people own a car.
