"A great place to raise a family"
Mostly a quiet street, a primary school (rear access) across the road, 3 parks located nearby, catholic high schools down the road, local buses from Darcy Road that go to Westmead Hospital and Wentworthville Railway Station. Walking distance to 2 Railway Stations- Pendle Hill and Wentworthville.
A milk bar on the corner. Few minutes to Parramatta Westfields and 2 local shopping centres. 10 minute drive to Blacktown and Winston Hills, 3 minutes from Northmead and North Parramatta.
A few medical Centres on Station Street and Westmead Hospital on Darcy Road.
Lots of cafes and restaurants in the heart of wentworthville.
It's actually classed as Wentworthville not Pendle Hill.
