The best parts of Beeliar, close to the bush, quiet, leafy, great neighbors and well-maintained yards. Child friendly with school zone speed limits close by and the lovely Beeliar Primary School 250m away. Access to the park which is well maintained the same distance away. Love our tight knit community we have built in the street over the last 12 months. Tucked away and off the main drag so you don't get any street noise, dog walkers and people exercising frequently use the street to access the local bushland so there is always a friendly face to wave at. There is only 14 houses on the street and half of them have young children as of July 2023.
