"Up and coming suburb"
Beeliar is between the freeway and the beach and is predicted to experience high growth over the next 3-5 years. Big elevated blocks mean fantastic views of the ocean and city and the parks, schools and shops mean its very family friendly. Beeliar is a quiet suburb with high quality homes being built on large blocks.
