"The perfect "sleeper suburb" with excellent shopping, transport, private school, freeway and train access"
Quiet, elevated street with no through traffic only one street south of the Karrinyup shooping Centre (best shopping Centre north of Perth). Has private school (St Mary's) and close to other private schools eg Hale (boys), Newman (co-ed), Churchlands (music and academic). Great location close to Lake Gwelup recreation area, easy and quick access to freeway and train to Perth city. Excellent beaches eg Scarborough and Trigg Island (surfing), Mettams pool. Short drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour and family recreation and entertainment area eg water slides, ropes course, trampolines, cafes, restaurants, AQWA (Marine observatory), Hillarys Yacht Club, boat pens, ferries to Rottnest and fishing.
