"One of my favourites..."
Having had the pleasure of living on Park street i would have to say this is one of my favourites in Moonee Ponds. Just taking a drive down the street one will find some of Moonee Ponds finest homes - not to mention some of Melbournes finest homes!
The streetscape does change at different ends with some units and apartments being thrown into the mix but overall it is very impressive. This change also allows the street to appeal to many different demographics but overall for those families with children attending some of the many renown private schools this location could not be handier.
I would definitely love to live here agin one day!
